Grounded in over thirty years of psychological insight and lived experience, I offer the opportunity of a safe, confidential time to talk where you are not just listened to, but truly heard; combining a professional ear with a compassionate heart, to help you find clarity and steady ground.

Focused Talk (30 minutes)

Support for the busier days...

Finding an hour for yourself can sometimes feel impossible. In just 30 minutes a 'Focused Talk' is dedicated to providing immediate clarity. Perhaps you need to process a specific event or make a decision quickly, or it can provide a time to talk in order to avoid burn out and regain your footing. You should leave the call feeling heard, validated and equipped with a clearer perspective to carry you through.

Space to breathe and time to process...

When life feels like a constant juggling act, 30 minutes isn't always enough to reach the heart of the matter. 'Take your Time to Talk' is a slower, restorative space to move beyond immediate 'fire fighting'.

A time to experience a profound sense of being heard and understood, with the opportunity to talk about deeper themes, rather than just getting through the day.
